I had a decent stay at Pelangi Bali Hotel & Spa, mainly due to the friendly staff and excellent pool area. The room was clean and spacious, but I found the water quality quite poor, which was a letdown. The location right next to the beach was perfect for relaxing and catching some sun, but the limited dining options became repetitive after a while.
